The philosophy that animates the tasting menus, designed by chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè, is a tribute to tradition, creativity and the Italian territory. Each menu represents a culinary narrative, a journey through authentic and refined flavors that reflects the experiences, roots and professional evolution of the two Sicilian chefs.


In Sicily with the Butticè”

A menu that stems from the desire to tell its origins. Through dishes that evoke the sea, the sun and the land of Sicily, this tasting journey takes the guest on a sensory journey to discover the island. Traditional recipes are reinterpreted with elegance, without ever betraying the authenticity of Mediterranean flavors. The goal is to revive memories and sensations of a land rich in history and culture, combining the simplicity of fresh ingredients and contemporary techniques.

This menu represents a heartfelt and profound tribute to those who have contributed to the growth and culinary identity of the Butticè chefs.
