Happy Birthday at Il Moro Ristorante

It was March 1, 2007 when the Butticè family, Antonella, Salvatore and Vincenzo inaugurated the new management of Il Moro Ristorante born in 1996.

That first day IButticè remembers it as if it were yesterday, entering the kitchen at 5:30 in the morning to start all the preparations, there were three people, chef Vincenzo, Isabella and Domingo.

The room, with Salvatore and Antonella started at 9:00.

Wet start, lucky start.
