Happy Birthday at Il Moro Ristorante
It was March 1, 2007 when the Butticè family, Antonella, Salvatore and Vincenzo inaugurated the new management of Il Moro Ristorante born in 1996.
That first day IButticè remembers it as if it were yesterday, entering the kitchen at 5:30 in the morning to start all the preparations, there were three people, chef Vincenzo, Isabella and Domingo.
The room, with Salvatore and Antonella started at 9:00.
The first day of Il Moro
Wet start, lucky start. After preparing the line, including direct breadmaking, we were about to open the restaurant to the public, but around 12:15, the commis Isabella “Chef the kitchen is flooding what should I do” – Turn off the tap replied Chef Vincenzo, Isabella continued saying and now ? – replied the Chef we dry the water – wet start lucky beginning.
In reality, the loading hose of the pasta cooker had been unhooked and therefore water was flowing continuously.
