Every year Il Moro organizes monographic cooking courses dedicated to the secrets and tricks that the chefs of Il Moro Ristorante, Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè use in their kitchen.
The cuisine of IButticè is now widely recognized both in Monza and in Brianza, and it is a cuisine with a clear Italian and Mediterranean vocation and participating in Monza cooking classes as well as learning new things creates very fun social relationships.

Cooking classes
Prepare, try, taste the dishes together with the chefs, discuss and spend time in an ad hoc context.
Cooking together is an act of love, knowing the ingredients, cleaning them, cooking them, making them and tasting the preparations with the chefs is an added value.
This year the novelty will be the presence of the Sommelier of Il Moro Ristorante, Antonella Butticè , who will pair a Sicilian wine for each evening.
Soon we will also activate the course for children in the 7-10 age group – 11-14 years
Wines for tasting in the cooking class
Antonella, the Sommelier of Il Moro, will present a small winery in Agrigento, little known and managed by dynamic and sunny young people. Some vineyards are located within the Archaeological Park of Agrigento, or in the Valley of the Temples.
With the tasting proposed by Antonella you will take a journey through some of the native Sicilian and some international grapes grown in Sicily.
