Since 2015, Vincenzo Butticè and a group of colleagues have been working on the Educational Restaurant project, a project activity to be dedicated to the students of the “A. Olivetti” Hotel Institute in Monza.
In March 2017 the project idea became reality and the “Olivettando educational restaurant” opened its doors to external patrons.
Chef Vincenzo Butticè has given his contribution to an educational and training activity for the new recruits who are entering the world of catering.

MENUThe sicilitude of Antonella, Salvatore and Vincenzo is perceived right from the entrance, Hospitality and cuisine are conditioned by a strong cultural heritage. The wines and dishes offered are mainly inspired by the precious and infinite basket of Italian biodiversity, with a strong hybridization between the various regional cuisines.
Every guest (is) at the center of the philosophy of IButticè who have been taking care of the Il Moro restaurant in Monza since 2007.
In the center of Monza you will find gourmet, elegant, empathetic and fresh cuisine. The values of welcome and hospitality are found in the gestures and savoir faire of the people dedicated to Il Moro.
The restaurant hall seats 28 Guests and is characterized by an elegant and contemporary atmosphere. Temporary exhibitions of artists embellish its content and beauty. Right now, the works of Sicilian futurist Giulio D’anna curated by LeoGalleries.
