The historical and literary key…
IButticè will bring to the table the tasting “journey to Sicily” in the name of Sicilian writers, from Verga to Cammilleri,
The intent is to make you live a gastronomic experience in a Sicilian key anchored with the narratives, the works of Sicilian writers, and the design work involved a team of 4 people who worked on it for nine months.
The Journey to Sicily will therefore take on the literary dimension because the inspiration for each dish came from literary works from I Malavoglia to Novelle Rusticane, from the Leopard to the Cooper’s Roosters.
The ingredients used will be mainly taken from the basket of Sicilian biodiversity, at least the most characteristic ones where it will be possible for example referring to vegetables or some cereals will always be drawn from Lombard biodiversity.
