With chef Gianni Tarabini, 1 red Michelin Star and 1 green Michelin Star, Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè, chefs of Il Moro, inaugurated the autumn season characterized by the presence of chefs, friends and colleagues of high prestige.
The three Ambassadors of taste proposed the menu dedicated to autumn drawing on Sicilian (IButticè) and Lombard (Tarabini) biodiversity.
The evening was enriched by the presence of Julien Breuzon of the Maison Volleraux
