Marmorata torrente Pioverna, 24-month Grana Padano broth, 100% Arabica coffee crumble, Vallescuria saffron and stellaria from the Monza park,

with the synergy of Zia Ste for her stellaria media, spontaneous grass from the Monza park, the friend and lover of the Brianza area Zaccaria La Rocca with the marbled with its dark livery fished in the Pioverna stream, the Vallescuria saffron pistils resulting from solidarity agriculture in Usmate Velate, and the 24-month-old Grana Padano.
