An evening dedicated to Monza, to a food and wine vision that focuses on sustainability and Italian biodiversity, respect for ingredients and the pleasure of serving guests well.

Fellow friends have contributed as they have for years to create an ad hoc atmosphere with a theme declined “at least one Brianza ingredient on the plate” and all the chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè resident, Fabio Silva of the Derby Grill, Antonio Pepe of Atmosphere, Dhian Sing of the Taste of Life, Luca Mauri and the master baker of the Forno del Mastro have done their utmost for this declination, The bartender Geanfranco Chavez of the Dive Cocktail club cheered the evening with the creation of an Itlian ’42 cocktail, while Antonella Maitre and Sommelier took care of the service and cadenced the pouring of the wines selected by the Meregalli Group.

Sea bass Persico marinated in yogurt, tandoori masala, creamy Oreno potatoes and Mapo gel (Dhian Singh)
Declination of hot and cold chocolate (Luca Mauri)
