In particular , it will be Vincenzo Buttic\u00e9,<\/a> <\/strong>generalmanager of all the family’s projects, with his experience and food and wine culture, to artistically guide this new city project which aims to attract theThe attention of the community <\/strong>all over the world that revolves around to food and good food<\/strong>at Genuine products<\/strong> and cultivated with care and ethics, on the Values <\/strong>that are the basis of the success of many artisan companies of production, processing and service in food,<\/strong> focused on seriousness, quality and the search for well-being for customers, first of all, and on rediscovering the pleasure of cooking for family, loved ones and friends, in a rediscovery of conviviality and being together that the recent pandemic, and even more so the post-pandemic, have certainly stimulated.<\/p> \n \n

Vincenzo Buttic\u00e9’s role, however, will not only be to organize all the activities within the Home Chef headquarters, but also to select and welcome important and renowned chefs<\/strong>, young promises<\/strong>, food bloggers and leading companies in the food sector<\/strong>, who will make their technical skills, commitment and passion available from time to time, their experience and their stories, as has already happened in the first evenings and in the first events that took place with success and great satisfaction of all the numerous participants.<\/p> \n \n

“The recipe must speak of me, of us to every guest<\/em>, \u2013 declares Vincenzo Buttic\u00e8<\/strong> – It must speak of food, food, our deep values, our soul, our intimacy, the recipe is the tool that has the task of conveying values and culture. With this mission and this desire, therefore, the appointments of “The Chef’s Mondays”<\/strong> will be articulated within Home Chef<\/strong>, where in the 18 stations, 16 of which can also be used in pairs and 2 for Chefs and experts that Vincenzo himself will select – will be used for cooking classes, cooking parties or masterclasses – to cook, learn, discover, Tasting, experimenting together.<\/p> \n \n

Vincenzo, together with his brother Salvatore Buttic\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>, animated the first meeting of the first Home Chef <\/strong>series of the “great courses<\/strong>” of “The Chef’s Mondays”<\/strong> on February 20th on the theme of “The Appetizers”,<\/strong> which will be followed in the followingon Monday 6th March “The first courses”<\/strong> and Monday 20th March<\/strong> “The second courses”, <\/strong>always in their company.<\/p> \n \n
