The philosophy that animates the tasting menus<\/strong><\/a>, designed by chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Buttic\u00e8<\/a>, is a tribute to tradition, creativity and the Italian territory. Each menu represents a culinary narrative, a journey through authentic and refined flavors that reflects the experiences, roots and professional evolution of the two Sicilian chefs. <\/p>\n

“In Sicily with the Buttic\u00e8”<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n

A menu that stems from the desire to tell its origins. Through dishes that evoke the sea, the sun and the land of Sicily, this tasting journey takes the guest on a sensory journey to discover the island. Traditional recipes are reinterpreted with elegance, without ever betraying the authenticity of Mediterranean flavors. The goal is to revive memories and sensations of a land rich in history and culture, combining the simplicity of fresh ingredients and contemporary techniques. <\/p>\n

“Re-Knowledge”<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

This menu represents a heartfelt and profound tribute to those who have contributed to the growth and culinary identity of the Buttic\u00e8 chefs. Each dish is designed as a thank you to Brianza, to the collaborators and to the people who have enriched their professional career. Creativity and balance of flavors are the key elements of this tasting, which results in a refined and moving experience for the palate. “Re-Knowledge” is, therefore, a dialogue between past and present, between tradition and research. <\/p>\n

With this menu, the chefs offer a gastronomic itinerary that crosses the various regions of Italy, celebrating the extraordinary culinary diversity of the country. It goes from the robust flavors of the northern lands to the more delicate and sunny ones of the south, offering guests a real tour of Italy at the table.
