Our chefs Salvatore Butticè and Vincenzo Butticè have been called upon to make available to the 2023 Brain Week the skills, passions and experiences gained during the activities that will take place in HomechefMonza at Coin Casa Monza, Via Manzoni 22 Monza.
The cycle of events proposed on the occasion of Brain Week 2023. The initiative is promoted by Generazione Senior, a project of the La Meridiana Cooperative, in collaboration with the Assomensana Association of Monza.
The initiatives, dedicated to the well-being of the brain and the prevention of cognitive decline, are carried out in collaboration with the Manuli ETS Foundation with the support of the Foundation of the Community of Monza and Brianza onlus and the patronage of the Municipality of Monza, and will see the presence of artists and scholars, artisans, musicians, experts, chefs, such as Fabrizio Vendramin, Vincenzo Buttice, Lucia Corno, Antonino Frustaglia.
The Buttices have already attended two meetings and a specific Brief with the Neuropiscihiatra and the nutritionist in order to concretely translate the skills required and made available to the project.
