Ingredients:

  • flour 500 gr.
  • water 250 ml.
  • fresh brewer’s yeast 15 gr.
  • salt a pinch
  • extra virgin olive oil 50 gr.
  • oil for brushing.

Method:

  1. Arrange the flour in a well, place the yeast dissolved in a little water in the center;
  2. knead by gradually adding more water;
  3. incorporate the oil until you get a homogeneous mixture;
  4. let it enervate by beating it for about 5 minutes;
  5. make a loaf and put it on the work surface greased with oil and let it rise (covered) for 90 minutes;
  6. Cut thin strips from the shortest part and iron them outwards with your hands, index finger and thumb.
  7. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
