Dedication to Brianza biodiversity

The first tasting menu is very special for IButtice and for the Moro Ristorante Monza because it has its roots in the affection and feeling of gratitude that the Butticè family has for the Monza and Brianza area.

For spring summer 2024 here is one of the first news.

Re-gratitude because this land has hosted them for 18 years and has allowed them to establish themselves humanly and professionally with Il Moro.

Re-Knowledge for this land because it is a land rich in knowledge, crafts and flavors that have always been linked to seasonality and sustainability.
