Monza November 2023

In Monza, the Il Moro de IButticè Restaurant “Professionals of good food” present the tasting menus dedicated to the third stage of the Journey to Italy.

The tasting menusfor the month of November are dedicated to Piedmont, the first from 02 to 30 November and on the 2nd we will have as Special Guest Maestro Sergio Motta , of whom we will decline the Piedmontese meats both hybridized with fish and focusing only on meats.

On November 9th, we dedicate it to the pizza of the Special Guest Maestro Corrado Scaglione with whom we will decline to his mastery seafood combinations designed exclusively for the evening.

Trip to Piedmont

In Piedmont, chef Vincenzo Butticè spent two years, between Biella and Pinerolo.

The meeting with the Maestro Sergio Motta in 2009 it was not fortuitous but the mutual friend Mestro Zaccaria La Rocca strongly wanted Vincenzo to meet Sergio and it was love at first sight.

Sergio deep love and passion for work with skills that are difficult to find, a formidable technique and a disarming humility and therefore a professional esteem was born first and a friendship later.

The Journey to Piedmont is the third stage of the Journey to Italy.

From 02 to 30 November

Shrimp cannoli and Piedmontese beef tartare

Ox consommé, liver mortadella, oyster and citrus fruits

Plin ravioli and ox jus

Ox bib 75 days maturation, artichokes and licorice

The paired wines will be recommended by the Sommelier Antonella Butticè

Maestro Scaglione and IButticè

In this case a fortuitous meeting, a few words and Corrado and Vincenzo get closer, they share the same ethical and moral values and the same passion in serving people and telling the story of Italian biodiversity.

Corrado, world pizza champion, and Master in leavened products, shares with IButticè in a cooking show for APCI 4 years ago, his pizza to make a pizza tagliatelle with tomato and basil and from there professional love has never ceased to exist.
