Monza, Il Moro and the flesh of Sergio Motta
The professional love story between Il Moro de IButticè and Sergio Motta’s meat with its meat has its origins in 2009.
Hybridizing meat and fish is a project that was born in 2015, a combination of visions between the cuisine of Il Moro Monza and Maestro Sergio Motta.
On November 02, 2023, Il Moro Monza hosted Sergio Motta to repeat this proposal that combines the visions of the sea with those of the land.

It is part of the review, of Il Moro Monza, of the Journey in Italy in 7 stages inaugurated in September with the Journey to Sardinia and which will end in March with the Journey in Sicilian popular cuisine.
This time the destination of the Gastronomic Journey is Piedmont, the region that characterizes Sergio Motta’s specialization and the region that hosted our Chef Vincenzo for two years.
