The city of Monza, from this year with the recognition among the 20 best tables in Italy awarded to Il Moro Ristorante, is positioned at the top of Italian gastronomy.

The kitchen team led by Chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè, with now the loyal Lara Mariani and Roberto Suevo, carries out with constancy and dedication a worthy work of research and in-depth study with the focus on the homeland, Sicily, broadening the horizons on Italian biodiversity.
