IButticè in Monza and the Moor
The Buttice family arrived in Monza in September 2006 and in March 2007 they began with the Project of Il Moro restaurant.
The first to arrive in Monza is our chef Vincenzo Butticè, transferring the chair of cuisine, which he has held since 1996, from Naples to Olivetti in Monza.
With the Il Moro Project, the brothers are reunited, Antonella from Milan and Salvatore from Valle D’Aosta.
In addition to the great successes achieved with the Moro, so much so that it was named among the Italian excellences by Forbes in 2020, and eleventh in The Fork’s ranking in 2022, and numerous reviews from national food and wine critics.
