After a long wait in Monza, Il Moro Ristorante has started the new cooking course divided into 6 lessons “The historical dishes” of Il Moro.
The chefs of Il Moro restaurant, IButticè, Salvatore and Vincenzo who have been taking care of the restaurant’s kitchen since 2007 have created this review, accompanied by the skills of Sommelier Antonella Butticè.
The dishes of January 15, 2024
The first meeting, of the cooking class, was structured on two characteristic ingredients of the cuisine of Il Moro restaurant. Sicilian red prawns and buffalo burrata.

It was held at the spaces of Coin Casa Monza – Home Chef – sold out since the first days of communication.
Many students have obtained the qualification of Moro’s Friend, they will receive a personalized card that will give them exclusive and dedicated rights.
The card rewards the loyalty of the trainees who have chosen to attend all the meetings.
