Chef Vincenzo Butticè at the Quirinale

In the kitchens of the Quirinale at the behest of the President of the Republic

Our Chef Vincenzo Butticè, professor of Food and Wine at the State Professional Institute for Food and Wine “A. Olivetti” in Monza, for the second time in the kitchens of the Quirinale at the behest of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.

With other colleagues and teachers and 15 students of the Institute, they will represent the city of Monza and Lombardy for the second time during the Ceremonial, which will be held on June 1st on the occasion of the Republic Day, at the invitation of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.

“Being part of this team for the second time makes me very proud” – says chef Vincenzo Butticè

Chef Vincenzo Butticè was very excited to learn the news received directly from the School Principal of the Olivetti Institute, Dr. Renata Cumino, to whom he will be infinitely grateful for the opportunity given to him.

And just taken by strong emotions, chef Vincenzo Butticè said “having already met in person, during the Republic Day 2019 and 2023 our President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, has taught me a lot, because the Example of humility, High Civic, Moral and Ethical sense, with an innate spirit of service is to be imitated every day, This is the example he gave me and lives with me.”

“Meeting him again excites me even more for the greater awareness of making young students from Monza and Brianza live unique and unrepeatable moments”.

Meeting the Kitchen Brigade of Il Quirinale, the executive chef Fabrizio Boca, the Sous chef Massimo Sprega, and the Chief Master of Ceremonies Domenico Santamaria will be a moment of further enrichment.

The organization and availability of the Quirinale kitchen team impressed me in the two times I was invited to make the contribution both as Chef of Cuisine and as Professor of Food and Wine at Olivetti in Monza.
